3Cheers Pro Studio-Birthday Party Package
● One time $50 Registration (Admin) Fee upon signing up.
● Birthday Party fee $300 ($100 deposit collected when the event is booked to hold your
preferred date & time) remaining balance due 3 days before your event takes place.
● Based on yours and your child’s interest for the party, the team will curate either a Cheer,
Dance or Gymnastics event (Please confirm which you'd prefer prior to booking! Also offered are
“add on” party themes ex: luau, princess, disney, popstar, barbie, unicorn, tiktok, diva, retro etc.
We can curate anything to your liking!)
● The facility can accommodate 20 students MAX (including the birthday child), 1 parent per
student any additional child exceeding the final headcount will be an additional $10.
● Birthday Party Family is allowed into the facility 15 minutes before the start of the event for
any decorations set up. The party will last 1.5 hours, and you will get 15 minutes after the party
for cleaning and loading up. Party host will be responsible for all party supplies including the
cake, drinks, paper goods, and additional party favors. 3Cheers will be responsible for partial
decorations, tables, chairs etc. 3Cheers will supply extra garbage bags, a lighter and cake utensils if
needed.

What else is included?...
3Cheers Pro Studio is a well equipped facility with many props, equipment and MORE for all
of our Birthday Party events! We have Pom Poms, Mats and other fun props and
apparatuses that we incorporate into our party structure depending on your chosen theme!

girl/boy and friends on their special day!

● A final head count is due the week of for all students attending the event.
● You will have 1-2 qualified and energetic instructors on the floor with the group.
● Every participant's parent MUST fill out a waiver at our front desk upon entering the facility.
Any participating child with health conditions/allergies needs to be noted and 3Cheers staff
needs to be advised with documentation.
● NO SHOES ON MATS (we have cubbies in our waiting area for all belongings.)
● Depending on size you will have use of one of our party rooms and one activity room.
● Family provides food, beverage, additional decorations, utensils etc. (We can suggest a
local pizzeria in town. We have a small fridge and cannot store any ice cream cakes -
cupcakes and regular baked goods recommended.)
● Family is responsible for the party room cleanup.
● Additional party room time is available $25 for 15 minutes extra
● This will be a high energy (theme of choice) party with qualified instructors.
● Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Parties may be
rescheduled but deposits will not be returned. NO REFUNDS after services have been
provided!
● FREE parking at the facility in the front and back!
